They have a non refundable policy because u definitely will want one. My phone started messing up the next day and wen i took it to the phone store they said the screen was fake would not recommend or be coming back if my phone cracks again

This guy is scam. Went there with a phone with a foreign sim card that was stuck in the phone, so asked him if he could remove it. When he oppened the sim card, he turned around so I could not see and came back to me with the empty compartment and saying that it was empty. I was so confuse trying to remember if I took it out before but no. Did not check much and just thought it was a digital sim card maybe. Once back in the country, it was weird that had no messages coming so decided to call it and somebody else answered that number and once I asked how did they get that number, they just hang out. This place just stole the sim card and probably trying to get money rn. He needs to be detained. Additionally my mom was recording the mall we were in at that time. Once she pointed a this guy he got scared and said that we could not record around, but now I sure it was just him that is scared for his face being in a video. But I still got his face in the video, just wait.
