First, my husband ordered an Italian hoagie with extra mayo, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, and oregano. What he received was a ham sandwich, no cheese, lettuce, peppers, and pickles. Called the store. The woman remembered me and was told it was a mixup and the manager might contact me but the woman was putting in a complete refund. Never received the phone call or the refund.
The other day, my husband ordered a turkey Diablo for lunch and we were going to split a Chicken Supremo later in the day. While there was no issue with the Diablo, the supremo had slices of ham instead of the chicken we ordered. I did not call again. My husband and I agreed, with heavy hearts, we were just done with this store from now on.
Parking: On street parking on a very busy street in downtown Philadelphia
Wheelchair accessibility: This is not wheelchair accessible as it has 2 steps to get into the building and a sharp turn in a narrow hallway.
