The Ray of Hope Project is my favorite grass roots organization. Donations go 100 percent into their work for the community. No salaries, no over head. They are a life line for struggling families in Philadelphia. Director, Raymond Gant, pictured, devotes his life to helping others. Block clean ups, park clean ups, food distribution, holiday help, toys, clothing and school suplies provided to the most vulnerable. God bless them.

This is a top notch organization that organizes street and park clean ups in Philadelphia. TROHP assists struggling families with clothing, school supplies and holiday gifts for their children. They hold used shoe drives to support struggling families and accept donation through pay pal. This group does get enough recognition for the outstanding work they get done. All volunteers always collecting new toys, clothing and school supplies year round. Unexpired non perishables and holiday food baskets are accepted. Always grateful for any cash donations large or small. 501 c 3 organization.
