Did an Uber Eats order to my hotel from this place. The delivery guy left my food in the lobby on the ground floor on a ledge where anyone could have taken it. I specifically gave instructions to deliver to the 2nd floor where the front desk was located. The crab Rangoon was trash. It was ridiculously greasy & the sauce was too sweet. The lo mein barely had any vegetables in it.

They do NOT wash their hands as they are preparing food. I've personally witness one of the employees touch receipts, his nose and then grab a large handful of lo mein and place into a container without any gloves! When my food was done (orange chicken with white rice), the person at the counter did not hand me my food when I went to grab it from his hand. He dropped it on the counter right in front of me. Very rude and unsanitary place to eat from. Don't waste your money.

My experience was so bad I will never return again! They have scum workers who steal your money and never deliver your food if you order close to closing. I ordered lastnight and he claimed it didnt process on his end but the money was clearly taken and is a completed transaction which means they robbed me! I called and the lady was extremely rude and would not let me speak! It is a saying that customers are always right but it doesnt seem like they care about customers AT ALL! They stole 30.98 from me and I never received my food or a refund! Very rude people here.
