I cannot express enough how great my experience with Erica was. I was so nervous going into the home buying process as a 1st time home buyer & single woman. She was there to answer all of my questions whether it be a live phone call or text. She knew what I was looking for and was able to show me homes that fit my exact description & area but was so knowledgeable of my mission and the philly/philly suburb area that she put homes on my list that I would have never thought of. The home I purchased wasn't in a neighborhood on my hit list but once I got to know the area, I knew it would be a good fit. The house was on budget and bigger than anticipated. I couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend her to anyone. I will 100% be using her services for all future home buying needs.
