Gianluca is a fantastic realtor who is great with customer service! He takes care of his clients until they get to the closing table. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home or sell their home! He also is great with leases. Also its an added bonus that he is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.

My wife and I met GianLuca at a random open house after about 4 months of living in Philadelphia. His professional demeanor and non-aggressive style led us to decide to have him represent us in our property search. He immediately met with us and noted what are likes, dislikes and non-negotiables were in a home. Over a seven-month period of time he showed his absolute commitment to us and our forever home search in a city we have come to love. He took us to historical properties, up and down trinity stairs, modern properties in areas of the city that we were unaware of; and methodically over time led us to focus on what we wanted, what we could afford and where we really wanted to be. With his diligence and caring we ended up in a property in a location we never could have hoped to have found without his hard work.
