This is the second time I have had Keith as our relator. The first was for a condo purchase and the second for a sale. I can not say enough good things about how he handled both transactions. He took what is normally such a stressful situation and made it pretty much painless which is why we went to him a second time. He is so patient with all of the questions and even when you tell him not to rush to respond on the weekend he gets right back to you. I highly recommend him to anyone whether buying or selling.
