This company is one of the worst realtor I lived here for years when is the financial difficulties trying to survive fall behind in my rent I tried to to participate in a senior citizen rental assistance program what's 3,000 behind the rent the program that I try to get them to participate in was going to pay off $2,000 and I was going to pay off the other 1000 I did not want to participate in the program we end up going to court didn't want to make no kind of payment agreements whatsoever it wasn't me leave and now I have this eviction that is attached to my name everywhere I go I get turnt down no one wants to rent to me I've been homeless episodes February 29th 2024 is the worst company in the world to rent from ocf realty
