Working with Dave was incredible! When my partner and I first attended one of his workshops, we did so thinking that we weren't ready to buy a house and that we wanted to learn what to do in order to get there. Dave and his team quickly showed us that we were in a much better position than we thought, and with Dave's guidance we were able to take advantage of the state of the market to get a much better deal than we anticipated, months sooner than we thought we could ever purchase a home. The individual care and attention was unlike anything we expected. Working with Dave is like working with an old friend (though we might be biased on that one!).
