Baiyina KNOWS real estate and she has been super helpful during the time that we were looking for a home. We appreciate that she was super patient with us during our financial ups and downs and career shift for the course of almost 5 years. When the pandemic hit we didnt expect that we would find a home that would be suitable for our family and something we could afford. But we did! I was impressed with Baiyina knowledge of the Mt. Airy and Germantown areas. She did show us a few homes (per our request) way out in the Coatesville area and again was very patient throughout the process. With every home, Baiyina made sure to double check the foundation, electronic panel, the appliances and other items in the home that are super important. Even though she wanted to sell us a homeshe wanted us to have the right home. When we finally found a home to put an offer in, she was diligent with helping us through the entire process. She was available and knowledgeable always. Everything when as smooth as possible and we are grateful to be the 3rd sister in my family that Baiyina has helped find and secure a home!!
