She takes the time to explain every part of the process and lay out all your options, making sure you are well-equipped to make the best decision. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Philadelphia. Touring houses with Laura is not just about a quick walk through or a sales pitch. She encourages you to think critically about the home and whether it is a good fit for your lifestyle. Even after completing my purchase, Laura has continued to go above and beyond. So happy to have worked with her!

If you're looking to buy or sell your home, or even just dreaming about it and want to get the conversation started, I could not recommend Love Your Block enough. My husband and I just bought our first home and Laura made the process so easy and stress free throughout. She knows her stuff and was always available for any questions or concerns we had along the way. Making the biggest purchase of your life is already stressful enough, and I could not have imagined going through the emotional rollercoaster of buying a home with anyone else. She knew how to keep our expectations grounded while also opening our eyes to the potential 1 year and 5 year plan of the homes we were seeing. And we were able to have fun and laugh with the ups and down along the way. Cannot recommend Laura and Love Your Block enough!

Working with Laura from Love Your Block was a dream! When I first reached out via email as a nervous potential home buyer, I had no idea what to expect. Upon our first meeting via video chat, I immediately responded to Lauras sense of humor, personality, and expertise. She felt like the best kind of person youd meet at a party. Throughout the entire process, from initial viewings to the final walkthrough, Laura was incredibly helpful. She was patient and knowledgable -- thoroughly explaining things like the offer/Agreement of Sale; helping us navigate the inspection process; and suggesting eventual short-term and long-term improvements we can make to our new home. Laura has a wealth of experience and knowledge, so she can accurately manage expectations and add a real personal touch to this entire process. She always made my husband and I feel like we had her full attention and could ask as many questions as we wanted (no matter how trivial or general). Laura was a great realtor to work with! She was beyond helpful before, during and after the entire home buying process. We were uneasy since this was our first home purchase, but Laura walked us through step by step and was always so quick and helpful with her responses. Shes definitely not in this to make a quick buck on you, but truly wants you to find a home you will be happy in. So glad to have chosen someone who is invested in her clients as well as the community she serves. I would recommend her to anyone in the Philadelphia area who is interested in purchasing!
