Terrible professionalism. I dont know what the deal is. Every interaction was work with this agent. She wasnt communicative, she actively avoided our calls, texts, and emails. It seemed like she didnt want us to rent her listing. She just kept telling us shed call us tomorrow, and never did.

Tried to buy a home from this realtor, they were unresponsive at almost every interaction. We spent days waiting for paperwork that should take minutes. Once completed, paperwork was often given back with mistakes. It almost felt like they were trying to keep the house from selling. The disclosure provided mentioned NONE of the major issues in the home, and the selling team made no effort to help mitigate the additional costs that the home needed for the undisclosed issues - of which there were many. Steer clear of them if youre buying a home, and I wouldnt count on them closing the deal for you as a seller either.
