I can't begin to explain how great Mark has been. My wife and I have purchased two houses with him. His insight and experience helped us negotiate a great price on both houses. Mark has an extensive knowledge about renovating properties and pointed out many potential problems that we certainly would have missed. He also was able to recommend a number of people to help with repairs. The most recent house we purchased was a challenging deal. We had to negotiate with the seller for a long time before coming to an agreement and I have no doubt that the deal would have fallen through if not for Mark's persistence and negotiating ability. I would give him 6 stars if I could. We plan on using him again in the future.
