Jamie is the absolute best in the industry. We have worked with her in seeing a few different properties and eventually purchasing our home which we are thrilled with. The first house we saw ended up requiring too many repairs (found based on a very thorough inspection performed by one of her recommended inspectors). Even though we were very far along in the process, we decided it was not the home for us and Jamie agreed, never pushing us into something at all. A home we absolutely loved came on the market and Jamie negotiated an incredible price for the area, and also the seller agreed to many repairs and credits, again very uncommon in the competitive market where we were buying. She was extremely thorough, communicative, efficient, and just a true pleasure to work with. She is one of the hardest working people I know and quickly responded to emails, calls, texts, etc. at all times even weekends/ after hours. She is also extremely well connected and was able to recommend so many excellent people to work with, from inspectors (who were extremely thorough and honest), to lenders, to people to do repairs/ painters, etc. It made the process so much easier for us. She is so talented at her profession and we feel so lucky to be able to have worked with Jamie. Celina McCall who works with Jamie was also fantastic. She was also extremely organized, very helpful to have at the inspection given her knowledge of construction/ renovations and she asked excellent questions I would not have thought to ask or consider. They are a great team!

This was my second home purchase with Jamie, and she more than surpassed the high bar she set the first time. Jamie provided helpful and insightful guidance throughout all steps of the process, and was always quick to reply to our questions. Her team of recommended experts were all amazing as well. She was an expert negotiator, making sure everything we needed was handled completely and timely. We were delightfully surprised with how much Jamie was able to achieve in such a short window and always felt that Jamie had our best interests in mind. We will not hesitate to use Jamie's services again for all our home buying and/or selling needs in the future.

From the beginning to end Jamie was my saving grace for selling my home! I knew that I was in good hands when she came to my house and told me that everything was going to be okay. If I had any questions, I could reach out to her even in the evening hours knowing that she would get back to me as soon as she could. My requests for certain time frames were never questioned and I always felt that my home was on the top of her priority list. Thank you so much!
