We had the pleasure of working with Mario back in 2020 where he helped us sell both our primary residence and a condo we had been renting for a few years. Working with Mario was easy as he was always quick to respond and had our best interests in mind. A perfect realtor for a first-time buyer who had done some basic research but was otherwise heading into parts unknown. Mario has been exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the home-buying process, quickly identifying the features important to me and not being afraid to offer his own opinion about less-than-desirable properties that he felt would not have been the best fit. His knowledge of the local area, as a born-and-raised resident of the neighborhood, was a huge boon in terms of steering me towards the exact best spots. Zero complaints whatsoever.

As a first time home buyer I used Mario as my realtor, he was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. I didnt know the area very well, but Mario being born and raised in the city, he could give me insights on some of the better locations that would suit me and my needs. , and I trusted him to lead me in the right direction while looking for my first home. Mario was always available with a text or a phone call, and whenever I wanted to see a home that I was interested in, I would contact Mario, and he would have it scheduled as soon as he could. Down to the closing day Mario made sure that everything went smoothly, and made sure that I had nothing to worry about, that he would take care of everything. I would definitely use Mario again in the future and highly recommended Mario as your realtor.
