Jannelle is an amazing person and even more so, an amazing realtor. I have been searching for a muti-family home for a year prior to working with Jannelle and it extremely hard finding a good property at a good price. Working with Jannelle made things alot easier for me. Her connections and networking abilities allowed her to find me an unbelievable muti-family home in a tough market. She was also able to negotiate a 6% seller assist to assist me with closing cost and recovered finances for property repairs. This was one of the best deals I received as an investment owner. I highly recommend her services!!!!
