As first time home buyers, our experience working with Jess was an absolute dream!! Jess is awesome! I was buying my second home in this crazy COVID market and she helped me navigate it with expertise. She also did not mind me dragging her out to the suburbs at the last minute to see one house at a time if one popped up on the market with limited time to see it. She always did it with a smile. I put in offers on two houses and we got the second thanks to her savvy skills. There were things to be negotiated and she made it all happen. She made the process simple and easy. I definitely recommend Jess and would use her again in a heartbeat!

Jess is rare gem in the crazy market that is real estate. Jess has been with us from the beginning when we were just browsing houses a year ago to getting serious to start the search and putting down offers. The minute I told Jess we wanted to start the process she had several viewings scheduled within a day and we were off to races to find our forever home in Philly. Lucky for us the first one we saw was it and Jess worked tirelessly to help us get all the information we need to make an offer and have it accepted which it was within a day! Jess is not only an amazing realtor but true and genuine friend who we are forever grateful to have in life and to help us through buying our beautiful new home in South Philly and sell our previous home.
