Basia is absolutely amazing to work with. As a first time homebuyer who was asking a ton of questions, needing a LOT of advice, and a "white-glove service", Basia went above and beyond for me. And trust me, I needed someone with a lot of patience as I am incredibly particular. She toured many homes with me, each time giving her 100% honest, genuine opinion rather than pushing me to buy as soon as possible (which unfortunately some realtors do too often). When I finally decided to move forward on a home, she walked me through every step of the process which helped it go a lot smoother for me than I've heard from others experiences when buying a home. She gave checklists of what needed to be done by certain days, went above and beyond during the home inspection to ensure all the concerns (however nitpicky I was) were addressed, and got on top of the sellers when they missed things. Overall, Basia was the best person in my corner I could have asked for in this usually stressful (but not with her) process. Anyone would be lucky to work with her when buying a home in the future.
