Maureen was a Godsend when it came to selling our property. The property had been listed for almost 2 years with another agent who completely undervalued the house and barely ever showed it. Maureen came in with such enthusiasm for our home and immediately had new pictures taken. The rooms were virtually staged and the house looked amazing. She repriced our property, had 45+ showings and an offer within 2 months. She walked my family through settlement and the closing as a true professional.
