Despite not being as familiar with the surrounding counties to Philadelphia, she was a quick study and a wealth of information and resources when we were looking for homes and putting in offers. Charissa did a fantastic job advocating for us during negotiations. She was also patient with us when we had questions about each step during the journey. She was personable and approachable. She was a great communicator and very easy to get in touch with. She had some vacation time planned during our process but she made sure we were connected with a colleague in her absence. I highly recommend Charissa to anyone looking for a home especially first time homebuyers!

Charissa helped me buy first house, and -- thanks to her professionalism -- made it go smoothly during this pandemic. She was very responsive every step of the way and lead me to many to many different financing options for first-time homebuyers like me. Ultimately, Charissa negotiated my sales price well below the appraised value of the house.

Charissa did an excellent job in assisting me in purchasing my first home From the onset, she asked the right questions and really cared about me and my wants and concerns.
