I purchased my home in 2019. Shawn was so patient and professional. Shawn took his time with me and met my list of wants and features of a home I would be comfortable residing in. Shawn was able to bid on my house(other buyers was making offers) and I was told in less than 48 hours, that the owners agreed to my offer. Shawn really used his magic!LOL! Shawn made the stressful process of purchasing a home, less stressful. Shawn made me feel supported. I started the process of purchasing in August 2019 and closed on my home December 2019. Shawn provided the right team including loan officers, Adjuster, and others that helped in the process. I will be purchasing another home in 2023 and Shawn is helping me through the process, once again!
