My husband and I chose Jaison as our realtor because I work with his wife without knowing his skill set, success and professionalism. We have never bought a home before and have always rented. From day 1 going to see houses he made himself available at any time of day which was key with our work schedules. He acted as a Liason with sellers and was our voice in many situations. He offered his honest opinions and advice making it obvious that he cared we have a safe home and got the most out of our huge life purchase and not just in it for another sale. We purchased our home and he was able to negotiate multiple times with the seller and saved us alot of money. He is also a pleasure to work with, made himself readily available and worked late hours to ensure everything was done flawlessly.
