As first time homebuyers, there was a lot we didn't know about the home buying process. A year before we were ready to start seriously looking, we reached out to Rachel to get a better understanding of it all. She met us in person at her office and drove us around to show us what we could get in our budget. Rachel explained everything in a way that was easy to comprehend. When we were finally ready to officially begin our home search, Rachel could not have been more accommodating.
