Dan was great in helping us find a rental property. We had a short timeframe to find a new place and he helped us find a great spot within two weeks. He even went to tour apartments and video call us when we werent available. Highly recommend!

His knowledge of the market, the different neighborhoods of Philly, and the ins and outs of the home-buying process were all huge assets in our search. Dan was an absolutely fantastic realtor!! He was extremely attentive, detail oriented, and listened to us about what we were hoping to find in a home. He was literally always available to talk to throughout the process. I knew that he always had our back the entire time and wanted us to find the perfect house as much as we did.
