Jacob was the best! I was in search for my first apartment on my own. It was a great experience as he was able to show me places and had the knowledge of them. Any question I had he knew and if it was about the apartment itself like painted walls or more he wrote it down to make sure to ask about it! He is very efficient and is quick at acting and responding. If you are in search of a home to grow in, this is the guy to head to! Jacob did an awesome job when I wanted to move from the suburbs into the city. He was super attentive to what I was looking for and advocated for me to solve any issues I was facing. My roommate and I were looking to move to Philadelphia on short notice as fast as possible. Jacob was able to give us the best listings and was excellent at scheduling tours. We found the perfect place after just a week and a half of looking with Jacob and once we told him we were interested he made sure we got the apartment by getting us the paperwork quickly.
