Serena is a very professional and patient agent, always attentive and considerate when working with her, because of the nature of my work I deal with realtors all the time and not everyone can do it to my satisfaction, the thing about Serena is that she knows what you need and isn't the type of person to play games for the sake of a commission, trustworthy and highly recommended!

Serena was super helpful and supportive throughout our short notice move! Also extremely knowledgeable of the properties. She helped us negotiate fairly and made sure our move in was thorough. She answered all of our questions and was super responsive. Easy drop off/deposit right in their office off Rittenhouse, as well. You can trust Serena will find you the next place to call Home
