James Sugg recently helped us purchase a house, I couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism, experience, organization, and follow up he and his colleagues exhibited at every step of the process! They couldn't have made it any easier, we were lucky in that the first place we looked at we moved forward on, only took about 30 days to close.

I strongly recommend James to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, resourceful, punctual, good communicator and persistent realtor who goes the extra mile(s) for his client. Over the course of a year, we looked at many properties and James never pushed us to move on any home until all of us were satisfied that it checked all the boxes we were looking for. James has hands-on experience in older home renovations/restorations which is exactly what we needed and we valued his insights and opinions. He knows the Philadelphia market. In addition to being a great realtor, James is a good guy and easy to work with.

James was the best realtor I've used. He listened carefully to understand what we were looking for and then found it. He always responded in a timely manner to our requests. He understands construction, what will typically be found in an older Philly rowhouse, and steered us to quality companies for mortgage, inspections, and contractors. He brought good energy to every meeting. I can highly recommend him!!!

When you read the other reviews here about James, you cant help but wonder if they are all true, in this very specific way? Is he really THAT great? Hes that great, hands down. In our situation, a house fell, into our lap (a close friends mom passed, and they knew we were in the market). While we did not walk through the traditional home buying process with a listing and a million showings, James guided us from start to finish as first-time, anxious homebuyers with the 1,001 questions we had. From looking at initial home pictures, referring us to a mortgage lender, home inspector, radon, termites, roofers, pipe experts, and then answering all our questions, James managed the whole process so beautifully. More importantly, he helped us navigate a delicate relationship with close friends with grace, care, and understanding in a situation that had the potential to be contentious. When we first started this process, I had an idea of the type of realtor we could find and honestly, didnt think that person existed. I had prepared myself to be slightly disappointed. I was not. James is nothing short of dreamy: he is so organized and efficient as others have said, he anticipates and knows the questions we may ask and comes ready with answers, doesnt overwhelm with too much information, and clearly understands what a home buyer needs. He is also straight forward, transparent and to the point. Hes a mind-reader really. The saddest part of working with James is when the actual buying (or selling) of the house has been completed and not getting to talk to him on a regular basis; you are going to want to take him home with you be warned. James, thank you for a near-perfect and effortless first-time home buying experience.

James is an exemplary agent who loves Philadelphia. He consistently eased our anxieties by explaining in detail how the home-buying process works. He is transparent and caring with a vibrant energy. We never felt rushed. He has continued to check up on us and offer links to resources even after the closing. We feel lucky to have worked with him and are grateful for his impeccable guidance.
