There are so many great things that we can say about Meredith but well never be able to capture the essence of how amazing she is. She is kind, honest, genuine, passionate, intelligent, hard working, a great listener with a great memory, and incredibly detail oriented. We are first time home buyers and Meredith helped to make the buying process easy to understand and as low stress as possible. Right from the start, she helped us to feel comfortable about pursuing the journey of buying a home. She answered what seemed like endless questions with amazing detail. Once we found our home, we felt alleviated to have such a great advocate on our side. The home buying process can be very business transactional but Meredith never made it feel that way, which had a positive impact on our home buying journey. Meredith was recommended to us by a good friend and we were so pleased with after the first phone call. It was our first time selling a house and Meredith was with us every step of the way and more. She went into such detail and answered all of our many many questions we had. She went above and beyond to make this process as simple as possible. The way she marketed our house was better than Ive ever seen. The second we decided to move forward with Meredith, she got right to work and sold our house the weekend it went up on the market! She has several clients but we always felt like we were her most important client when she was working with us. She really cares and has the best interest for her clients.

Meredith made the process of buying our first home so easy! She is so knowledgeable about the process and answered any and all questions we had (which was a lot!) She really understood what we wanted, and her guidance lead us to putting in a strong offer and getting accepted on the perfect home for us, even in this tricky market. She even checked in with us multiple times post-settlement to make sure all of our needs were covered.
