I would rate Shanna 10 stars if I could. Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming as there are a lot of moving parts that go into securing your dream home. However, Shanna made the experience wonderful and made sure I was comfortable with each decision/negotiation every step of the way. Her response time and overall dedication to making sure that my needs as a buyer were met was exceptional. Im truly thankful for her guidance during the process and all of helpful tips about home ownership. Shanna really values her clients and the work that she does. Overall, youre in good hands with Shanna.

Shanna is extremely knowledgable, considerate, and supportive throughout the home buying process. She got a sense of our priorities and was proactive in identifying homes that might be a good fit. She connected us to other supports during and for after the buying process. 10/10 would recommend her as your realtor.

We had the absolute best experience working with Shanna. As first time home buyers, we were pretty nervous (especially in this crazy 2023 Market!) but Shanna was so uplifting and supportive during the entire process. She's patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and keeps you laughing along the way. We feel so lucky to have been able to work with Shanna throughout this whole process. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with her..and of course with our new home!
