Adam helped me navigate my way through selling my first home. There was some work that needed to be done on the house and he connected me with great vendors right away to get the improvements needed quickly and reasonably. His strategy to selling my house and getting the price I wanted for it was impressive and I got a price that was exactly what I wanted! We worked with Adam to sell our home and buy our new home at the same time in a crazy market and I cannot imagine going through these experiences without him! He was our biggest advocate throughout the entire process on both sides! Adam is incredibly communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible, and was extraordinarily patient with and supportive of how particular we were as buyers (and actually as sellers too haha). Adam marketed our house strategically and effectively so that we were able to sell at great value and on a timeline that worked best for us. When buying our new home, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND in advocating for us and also knew exactly what we needed to do when we finally found "the one". We have been in our new house for almost one year now and every single day have said how grateful we are, and how we really don't believe we would have ended up in our dream home without Adam!
