The entire experience with Greg Williams was life-changing and so much fun. He sold our house in one day in a bidding war securing an above-asking price. Greg is a very knowledgable and reliable realtor. We have used him to purchase our primary and a couple of investment properties. Because of his years of experience, he has a wealth of knowledge that is very helpful when looking at properties. He manages rentals and owns his own, so when looking for an investment rental property, he was able to help us determine the amount of work needed and what properties would be a sound investment. We have recommended him to family and friends and they also have had wonderful experiences working with him.

Greg was the literal best. He's very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. Most importantly for us, as a newly married couple and first-time home-buyers, we were very clueless and a bit trepidatious going into the whole process, but Greg was very patient in answering ALL of our questions. Because he made himself so readily available and because was so easy-going, we felt comfortable asking any and all questions, which went such a long way in alleviating our anxiety and stress. Through our long, almost half-year-long search for a home in the pandemic, Greg kept us in good spirits, always alerted us to new homes that would be of interest to us, and made himself available by phone at all times. His long experience in the industry and knowledge of construction/home renovations really was a huge plus as well. We learned so much about home maintenance, general pricing of renovations, and other details for general house upkeep that I'm sure will be useful to us for years to come. We had full faith that Greg had our best interest at heart and loved working with him! Highly recommend Greg to any new and returning home buyers!

Ive worked with Greg for several years. I cant recommend him enough. He is friendly, responsive and honest. He looks out for your best interest and if there is something wrong with a house he will let you know. On the flip side, he knows a great deal when he sees one. He is the best!
