Claire was beyond helpful in the process of selling our home. She was not only knowledgeable enough to answer all of our questions, but also patient enough to explain every step of the process for us. She was always on time, always worked around our schedules, and always made us feel valued. Her and her team put together a wonderful plan to sell our home and executed it perfectly. Our house was on the market for one weekend, received 10+ offers all above asking, and sold our home in one week. Claire Hutchison was a 20 out of 10! She went completely out of her way for my husband and I through out our home buying process. She was very responsive, thorough, and diligent in the service she provided. She took a tremendous amount of time and effort into walking us through the entire process we would go through and reassured me that she would be there every step of the way. Any questions I had she answered in less than 5 minutes of texting her. She was the absolute best at negotiating everything we wanted and more. What I loved most in having her as our agent was the fact that she took the time to do a full meeting on getting to know us and our family and every detail of our likes and dislikes to make sure she found us the perfect home. Definitely don't think we would've been able to own our dream home without her!
