Amanda was a first-rate strategist--and professional---in helping me sell my big, old, very flawed Philadelphia house. She also has a set of skilled, nice, vetted workpeople--packers, cleaners, painters, landscape people, junk removal people--whom I could call on to help me downsize easily and move out. I used them all, and they were all great. Amanda also helped me save a lot of money by telling me what to fix before selling the house (a little) and what to leave unfixed but disclosed to the buyer (a lot)--and these were not the things I would have chosen to do without her advice. Of three real estate agents who gave me an estimate, she gave me the highest estimate for what she thought she could sell the house for, and she did it! It was almost $50,000 more than one of them. I am forever grateful.

Mandy helped us sell our home and purchase a new home. She's great! I would recommend her again and again for anyone selling or buying or both. Amanda was our realtor when we moved to Philadelphia almost 13 years ago. She carted us all around Mount Airy and Chestnut H, showing us 12-13 houses in 2 days. We flew home a day later after putting in a bid on the house we have loved for 13 years. If and when we move, our first call will be to Amanda!
