Dana is a great real estate agent. Very professional, responsive, friendly, and helpful. We have just moved to the area, and she showed us an array of properties in different neighborhoods to help us get a feel for where we wanted to buy. And once we selected a home, she was able to guide us remotely through the entire process of contract, inspection, and closing without any problems. We would highly recommend Dana to anyone interested in buying or selling a home in Philadelphia.

I had a great experience working with Dana. As a first time home buyer, she provided excellent education and made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. She was extremely prompt, responsive, and personable. I appreciated the amount of research and thought she put into my search. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Philadelphia area!

Highly recommend working with Dana if youre a first time homebuyer, an investor, and anyone else in between! We wanted to work with a realtor who was organized, had an eye for a propertys potential, and was resourceful. We got that in Dana and so much more! Her ability to understand what we were looking for AND take an ACTIVE role in helping us find a property that fit all of our requirements should not be taken for granted. My partner and I had fairly specific list of what we wanted as both primary homebuyers and investors and Dana was able to provide sound advice from both perspectives. Infinity/10 - highly recommend!!

Dana was a great realtor to help me find the right home (especially as a first time homebuyer!). She was informative and knowledgeable, professional, responsive, flexible, hardworking, and patient.
