Brian Ranck, Realtor

There are so many good things to say about Brian Ranck as a realtor that I am not certain where to begin. First and foremost he is honest and trustworthy in ways that are extremely rare in real estate. Secondly, his deep knowledgeable about building practices helped me to identify not only a home that is beautiful, but also one that is safe. Third, he went far beyond his role in helping me identify suitable properties and filling out paperwork. He talked extensively with me and did additional research to help me find the perfect home. This was not an easy task, as I have special concerns that go beyond the average buyer. Brian stuck with me over a long housing search, which lasted nearly two full years. I have mold related illness CIRS, and so finding a house in a city like Philadelphia, which is very wet presents real challenges. Brian never once rushed me and maintained throughout the search the importance of finding a home that met all my criteria. He never lost hope and was always a source of encouragement and information, despite us being beaten out by cash buyers and having to walk away from properties after they failed mold tests multiple times. Thanks to Brians rigor and dedication, I have found a home that I absolutely love in East Falls that is a gorgeous craftmans house with a very dry basement, original wood floors, plaster walls, and a slate roof. I could not be happier, and I thank Brian for his dedication, talent, and integrity as a realtor which made it possible for me to find my true dream home. Donna Murch

First time buying a house so I was so nervous and overwhelmed with everything. My stresses were high but Brian is an excellent support system. He has made the whole process such a breeze. He explained everything in a way thats very easy to understand, from making the offer, negotiating, contingencies, to home/title insurances, and closing. Thanks to Brian, were able to find a house that satisfies all of my criteria for under listing price, no inspections waived, and we were able to close on time. He is very reliable, knowledgeable and gave really good advice. Highly recommend.

My move to the west coast was challenging but I didn't have to worry about my house in Philly because you were on top of all the minutiae . . . with inspiration. We first met Brian at an open house when we were casually looking at homes in Philadelphia. He was friendly and very knowledgeable so we quickly made the decision to hire him as our realtor. We worked with Brian over the course of a few weeks and found our perfect home in Philly. Throughout the process, Brian was fantastic. He clearly has a great understanding of the Philly market, is extremely knowledgeable about homes, and most importantly hes patient. He answered all of our questions and did not rush us into any decision. We could not recommend Brian enough if you are looking for a realtor. It really could not have been a better experience.

We had a great home-buying experience with Brian. He was thoughtful in his recommendations, possesses a great deal of knowledge about home construction, and helped make the process much easier than we expected. We particularly appreciated his attention to detail, and he gave us lots of good advice on what to look for in a house. He was also responsive to our (many) questions and concerns and went out of his way to help us. Highly recommended!
