Working with Danielle Smallwood, I was able to sell my rental property, a Northeast Philly duplex, at the asking price, before it was even technically listed on the market! I originally know Danielle from our time at high school. In February 2021, I finally came to the conclusion that I wanted to sell my duplex, and knowing Danielle was a realtor, I figured Id reach out! During our first consult call, it became clear right away that Danielle would do a great job, so I was happy to sign on as her client immediately. And Im so glad I did throughout the next several weeks, Danielle wore many hats and did so flawlessly. She was my full-time real estate agent, my part-time property manager (e.g., managing difficult tenants, arranging a basement cleanup, arranging showtimes for the property) and ultimately, she was my signing proxy (as Im a couple hours away, in DC)! Danielle got the job done but its important to emphasize how much I enjoyed working with her I appreciated her responsiveness to email, her helpful manner, and the pleasant way she conducted business. I enjoyed every minute of my journey with Danielle, and if you are looking to buy/sell in the Philadelphia area, I cant recommend her enough!
