1000% would recommend working with Mitch if you're buying a home in Philly (or anywhere). He's an expert and a real estate wizard, and was incredibly gracious and helpful during the process of buying our first house. He was responsive at all times of the day when we had questions or concerns, and overall made us feel really comfortable as we went through the entire home-buying process. He also came through huge for us in the negotiations with sellers, and landed us an awesome deal. Five stars, A++, two thumbs up, definitely work with Mitch if you get the opportunity.

Mitchel is the best! He understood exactly what we were looking for and cared to find the right house just as much as we did. He is extremely knowledgeable and wanted to share that information with us along the way. He worked efficiently and on our timeline, and traveled from the city to the suburbs (during rush hour!) until we found our perfect home. He answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!) and helped us make informed decisions when touring houses and ultimately putting in our offer. I would recommend him to anyone!!
