I came into contact with Rob through my lending company, Homeside Financial. It was my first time looking seriously at properties and I had a lot of ideas about what I wanted, but was flexible about which neighborhoods within Philadelphia I wanted to pursue. This is where Rob's many years of experience really came in to help me. Rob got to know me as a person, and based on this showed me a few properties in an area where he thought I would fit in well- East Passyunk. I never would have explored this neighborhood if Rob didn't introduce me to it and I turned out to absolutely love it. I fell in love with a property, did my research and was ready to put in an offer. From the offer stage through negotiating and eventually settlement, Rob was consistent, thorough, easy to reach, and responsive whenever I needed him. He is organized and diligent and I felt like I was in good hands working with him. Rob even followed up with me after my first week in my new home to make sure that everything was going well. If you're looking for a home, you want someone who can help you close a deal on a place you love while keeping your best interest in mind. Rob is that guy and I would highly recommend working with him for your future real estate needs.

I worked with Robert Narda of Equity Mid-Atlantic Real Estate for over four months while house hunting. As first-time home buyers, Rob was extremely responsive to our countless questions and very patient as we toured dozens of homes. He was flexible with scheduling, work hours, and weekends. He offered advice and guidance without pushing us in one direction or another. He understood our impatience during a quick-turnover market and helped us navigate "warning signs" of home listings. I recently was left with the responsibility of selling my brothers home after he passed away. I have never sold a home so, I was relieved when my husband and I found Rob to help us through the process during such a sensitive and emotional time. Rob was extremely attentive and professional every step of the way. He was always in contact with us throughout the process, which made a stressful time very easy for me.
