Love this woman! I briefly worked with another agent before finding her and the difference was night and day. Attentive, tuned in to the market and my tastes, she hustled incredibly hard to find me the perfect spot and help me put in a winning offer with my limited budget in a ridiculously competitive market. When I met her I was confused, nervous, and frustrated and she patiently explained and reassured me through the entire process. Lauren was reliable, available, and focused on finding me a home. Her commutation style is helpful and direct; and touring properties with her was a blast! From start to finish Lauren was wonderful to work with. She really understood what I was looking for and the best way to get it. I'd recommend her to anyone.

We were referred to Lauren by our friend Nicole (whose review you can read here). At our closing, we asked Lauren if we could write a review for her, and at long last, she provided us with the link to her google page, so here's hoping that we do justice to her with our review. As first-time home-buyers, we did not have any frame of reference when it comes to home buying. To make matters worse, we were looking to buy a house in an overheated suburban market in the middle of a pandemic. But none of this phased Lauren. She listened to us, understood our needs, and then found numerous listings in the greater Philadelphia area. Lauren kept our hopes up through all the different setbacks of our house-buying process until we found a house and made a successful offer. Throughout the process, Lauren was a ray of sunshine. She kept up our spirits, helped us navigate the byzantine house-buying process and paperwork, kept us on task (the many sign-offs, check-ins, etc.), helped us with the inspection until we finally bought our first home last week. We would recommend Lauren to anyone who wants to buy a house in the Philadelphia area!

Lauren is a rare balance of business savvy and emotional intelligence. With her guidance, we wound up getting significantly over asking on the house we sold but also paid less than the appraised value of the house we bought. But more importantly, she understands that buying and selling a home is an emotional and scary process. She offered us expert advice and counseling along the way. She also admitted what she didnt know and referred us to other experts to tap into for advice to ensure we felt comfortable with every decision we made. We connected immediately over our love of old Philly houses. We met at an open house, and she truly listened to what we were looking for. She immediately demonstrated she understood our style and showed us houses in line with our taste. She strayed from this only when she wanted to show us comparisons or different neighborhoods to help us make a more informed decision. The whole process had its ups and downs, but working with her was a true pleasure and the one thing we miss about the process!
