I could not have asked for a better realtor. Ms. Shirley is fast & affective! She literally walked me through EVERYTHING. It did not matter the time or the day. If I had questions, she had the answers. Now I can say I am first time home owner!! So, when the time comes for me to purchase a second home I will use Ms. Shirley again!

Shirley is a caring, goal oriented, advocate for her clients. Shirley helped a long time vision and dream come true. The house buying process is a daunting process and for the last few years I had been contemplating acquiring a second property. My family was experiencing several transitions and I was focused not only on home ownership but a vehicle to assist my family in financial freedom. The current pandemic and volatile housing market had me intimidated and I felt that I would not be able to make this move. Shirley was patient with me from the beginning. She really listened to me and shared homes that met the goals for my family(investment potential but also comfortable living spaces for my family to attempt owner occupied as well). I took months to make a decision to go through with the process. In a market where people are paying thousands above the asking price, Shirley was able to negotiate sellers assist and concessions from the seller for me. She built a rapport with the seller himself and that assisted this process even more. The seller was comfortable and confident that his home of 30 years was going to the RIGHT PERSON. Shirley was such a pleasure to work with. She answered my emails/text/calls almost immediately. She was very patient with me as I was/am new to the home buying/investment process and needed much guildance. She appeared very honest, good listener, interested in my investment goals. She always presented multiple options and was realistic. I will definently call her again for my next investment property.
