Lucas was a great guide for the home buying process. He was extremely communicative, and had deep knowledge of pertinent things even outside of his role as realtor. Going into house tours, he was able to see red flags I couldn't identify, while noticing potential in houses others would overlook. After I chose a house, he was diligent about negotiations, suggested options for financing, and got creative about the way we worked with the seller to make updates prior to closing. I would highly recommend working with Lucas!

Working with Lucas and his team has been an amazing experience. He is incredibly helpful, candid, and responsive and, as I went through the home buying process, I felt that I was in the loop and comfortable the whole way through. Lucas had plenty of great advice and recommendations for me to consider along the way. More than just an effective agent, Lucas is just an easy person to work with. I had a ton of fun talking to him and it was great to have him on my team. As a first time buyer, there is plenty that I was nervous or unsure about, but Lucas and his team gave me the confidence that I needed to get into my very own home.

I reached out to Lucas few years ago to inquire about Philadelphia real estate market. I remembered that hes very approachable and responsive to all of my requests even though we never meet in person at that time. However, the plan didnt become fruitful. I had to postponed the investment that year due to impact of the pandemic. Fast forward to today, he is still as incredible as when I first connected with him. Lucas is so knowledgeable about the market. He has been patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my first investment property hunt early this year. Despite my initial uncertainties, my collaboration with Lucas turned out to be successful! Not only did he give me valuable input, but he also made sure I receive assistance when needed! Id love to collaborate with him again soon!
