Rachel is a phenomenal realtor, and I would never hesitate to recommend her for anyone looking for a home in Philadelphia. She is extremely knowledgable about the city's neighborhoods and the kind of housing stock available in each, and she has a very transparent and open way of working which makes the convoluted process of buying a home easy and even a little fun! She is also kind, thoughtful, engaging, and takes it upon herself to provide amazing service for her clients. =D

Rachael did an absolutely outstanding job with us! She helped us find a property virtually, since we were from out of town. She listened to every single one of our requirements, and was very quick to get us showings. It took us less than a month in working with her to find the perfect house. You can tell she loves what she does through her passion, and she's just a lovely person all around. When it's time for my boyfriend and I to buy a house, she will be our go-to!

Rachael was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond to assist in making both selling and buying a house (simultaneously) as smooth as possible. Rachael was our magical genie- from coordinating contractors, to assisting with deliveries, to negotiating all the details of our purchase and sale we could not have had a better experience, Rachael!

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our experience with Rachael. We were in a tough situation - we needed to find housing in a short amount of time in an uncertain and very competitive market. Rachael didn't flinch, she got straight down to business and the very week we brought her on we were out touring homes. This was our first experience buying a house and Rachael made it seem like an easy process despite the challenges we were facing. The confusing paperwork was taken care of and explained, and she turned our concerns into confidence as she whisked us along to showing after showing. She helped us with our offer letters as well as smoothed out the bartering process that initially seemed foreign to us. We went through a fair amount of rejections as well, but Rachael was always there to pick us up, dust us off, and offer up some new places to look at. Persistence is key in this market and she had it in spades - she never seemed to lose hope and was tireless in her hunt for our next opportunity. Eventually we ended up with the perfect home, and while it hadn't been the first (or second, third, fourth etc) place that we had put an offer on - it must have been for a reason as we liked this one more than all the rest. Rachael was ecstatic as we were when our offer was accepted. We could tell that she was just as invested as we were in getting the house and it meant the world to us that it wasn't just another job to her. She still touches base with us here and there despite us now being past clients, and if I had to do it all again I know exactly who I'm calling first. A+ 10/10 would recommend.
