I met Tyler a little over a year ago when my mother had fired her 3rd realtor and started working with him to find her dream home. After being outbid several times before my mother found Tyler, he helped her get under contract with the first home they offered on as a team. Fast forward to a year later, my mother passed my information along to him and literally harassed me to reach out to him first. Not really knowing if I wanted to buy, I hesitated. One day I saw a house that I loved on home search app. It had been listed only a day or 2. I texted Tyler and asked if we could go see it. We hadnt signed a contract or anything. It was very informal (but professional). I walked into the house and said this is my house. I will never forget his words. He said say no more. If you want it, its yours. The house already had offers on it and there was an open house that weekend. Idk what Tyler said or did but they canceled the open houses and accepted my offer the next morning. Tyler got me my dream home! It almost didnt happen for a few reasons out of our control but he was able to fix the kinks and made sure I went to the table. Thank you Tyler
