Eric and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and very punctual. They know what they are doing and get to work right away. Eric is straight forward and candid about what expectations are attainable, and what may not work. Also, Eric is open to feedback and discussing any issues that may arise with regard to renting a unit. They were able to rent my unit and have many interested viable tenants within a week. In real estate it is difficult to find a team that knows what they are doing, since there are so many agents that just started - Eric and his team are great at what they do.

Eric and team are the best. Ignore the Collegeville mailing address, they live in and are expert in Center City and surrounding areas at least up to Fishtown. Although occasionally hesitant, we ultimately followed his advice (carpet replacement, minor repairs, staging,...) and were deeply rewarded. After a solid offer was accepted, his work in getting to settlement was unbelievable. This is our 7th real estate transaction and Eric was by far the best agent of them all!

Eric and Endantew were both wonderful to work with! They listened to everything we wanted in our house and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. They were always available to answer our questions/concerns. This was our first home and we knew nothing about the process. They made the whole daunting process of finding our first home easy and a great experience! I highly recommend them they make a great team!
