Natale is thorough in every aspect of the home-buying process. He is a South Philly native proud of his roots. He is genuinely interested in and well-versed in the history of the city and its neighborhoods. And his experience in all aspects of the real estate world (construction, mortgage lending, etc.) means you're in good hands. Whether you're looking for a fixer-upper or new construction, I wouldn't recommend any other realtor in the city just because of how trustworthy and mindful he is. My family and I were coming from out of state and the care and attention we received was unparalleled. Also, his restaurant recommendations are always on point ;) Thanks again for helping us find our forever home!

Nate is a wonderful realtor. He was patient with my family when we moved to Philly and wanted to see lots of different houses and neighborhoods. Nate was responsive, incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and his vast experience in many areas was a great asset. When it came time to close, he was on top of everything and fought for our needs to make sure we got the best deal possible. On top of all this, Nate is a kind and funny man, enjoyable to be around, and by the end it felt like working alongside an old friend of ours. He even treated us to lunch a few times at some great local spots! I highly, highly recommend Nate. You wont find anyone better.
