Nayadis was incredible to work with! She made buying a home feel so easy during an incredibly competitive market. She answered all of our questions throughout the entire process and as first time home buyers, we had many. This was a busy time for me as a medical student and she was very flexible with scheduling and her availability - we were so appreciative for that. Nayadis also had a great relationship with our seller's agent, which facilitated the process of being under contract, inspections, negotiations, etc. I couldn't imagine working with a better agent. She really cares about her clients and makes sure that what could be a stressful process is actually fun!

Nayadis was great to work with! She speaks English and Spanish. She was prompt, proactive, and easy to communicate with. She also explained everything along the way, which made the process easy for us. We were 1st time home owners and had a lot of questions throughtout our search. We genuinely felt she was there to ensure we got the best place for us. She went out of her way to help us understand what everything meant and even helped us strategize when it came down to putting in an offer. She was just as invested as we were in the home buying process, which made us both feel comfortable and confident. I honestly couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone but her. I 100% recommend her to all my friends and family looking to purchase a primary home or investment property.
