        I love how this place has stayed up to quality as the years have gone by. Wonderful fresh hand drawn noodles paired with their amazing broth which many other restaurants can not compete. I'm a big broth guy and there broth I would love to replicate. Packed weekends and even weekdays. It shows how far a great product can last even with all the new places opening over the decade. A must try the house special. Lots of different parts of meat and they pack it. You will not be hungry. Get the noodles please The long term servers are very friendly and approachable.
