Brad is the best! As a first time homebuyer, I had absolutely no clue what I was doing when looking for a home during the market madness in 2020. He helped me find a place I love in a neighborhood that's perfect for me. Start to finish, it was a really great process and felt like I had the help of a friend who cared about me finding a home I'd truly love. He regularly keeps in touch to check in on the house and to see how everything is going, so the thought and care he has for his clients is really a lasting connection. If I ever need anything for my house, I know I can trust his experience and expertise. You really can't ask for a better realtor.

Me and my husband are first time homebuyers and Brad was our realtor. We had a MILLION questions. Not only did he answer all of them, but was more than happy to do so. Even on occasions where I was late to showings, he somehow managed to make it happen. Brad worked around our timing and schedules so gracefully. His knowledge of the area made us feel 10x more comfortable with the process. And hes so incredibly fun to work with! Will definitely be using him in future endeavors to purchase a home!!

Brad is a fantastic realtor. My family had a great experience when we worked with Brad to buy our second home. Not only is Brad very knowledgeable about the market in Philadelphia, but he is attentive and insightful. Brad understood what we were looking for and helped us find a house in a very short time period. He also negotiated strongly for us, and we ended up getting a great house for well under listing price. And, Brad has lots of contacts in the trades, so he is sort of the total package when you are looking to buy and maintain a home. Finally, he's just a good person and lovely to work with. I would recommend Brad to anybody.
