Chris was great. He was very patient with us as we explored different areas and different options early on. He was an extremely valuable resource for us as we analyzed all those options. He gave us things to think about (e.g. taxes, value for price). He was also very flexible with us as we changed our course a couple times. He explained the process really well and kept us informed the whole way from house search>close. Additionally, he goes over and above with his knowledge of house repairs, price points, how much things should/could cost, etc. Chris was always a phone call away to chat about anything (sometimes very simple questions!) and really appreciated having him as a true partner throughout the process.

Chris helped my husband and I buy our first home in Philadelphia, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We met with three other realtors before signing with Chris, and knew within minutes that he was the one. Chris is helpful, knowledgeable about the area/real estate in general, and is very thorough. When we toured homes he asked questions to understand our needs and when we didn't like something, he asked us why to better understand. He never pressured us into sale, but truly had our best interests at heart. He continues to check-in with us months after the sale, and still gives us advice.
