Lay made us feel like family. Not once during the process of home buying did Lay make this feel like a business transaction. He kept our best interest in mind at all times and even let us know when a potential purchase wasn't a good idea. His first focus was putting us in a home that we loved. Lay put in the hours that others wouldn't to get us both virtual and in-person tours at multiple properties. His relationship with lenders and insurance agents made the purchasing process completely seamless - we had everything we needed to close the deal ahead of schedule. I would normally stress over such a big event, but that wasn't the case at all. To top things off, he helped us beat 7 offers to land our dream home. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

First time home buyer! Hands down best realtor we ever worked with! Before we met Lay we worked with 2 other realtors that opened doors for us and had little to none input or knowledge to help us with buying our first home. We met Lay during the pandemic when the market was very limited and showing of homes were limited. Lay really took the time weekly to check in on us and went the extra mile to reach out to us personally whenever there was a house that came on the market that fit what we wanted. He was on his A game and we needed that as first time home buyers. Only 6 months into looking, Lay helped us find our beautiful first home. He walked us through the whole process working out every given scenario possible with all the pros and cons. Any obstacle that came our way Lay had a solution and back up plan for us. 10 months after closing he stills checks on us to see how were doing. Great communication and quality work, a realtor that not only cares but can get you want in this competitive market.
